Retro bike

With warmer weather just around the corner it feels like it’s time to get ready for the  biking season. As I’ve sold my Retroglide back in Singapore,  it’s time to find a new one. And everywhere I go I notice fantastic bikes and get inspired. They are so photogenic *smile*

Monday thoughts

It’s on Monday that I plan the week ahead, get my thoughts together after a busy and filled with activities weekend.  On this day I’ll be posting something positive, cheerful and something to give and you all a good start. Today a fresh and warm hearty breakfast to keep me going. Let’s heart n’ roll!

Interview

I woke up this morning to a woderful email from my friend Marie of Etincelle Creative Studio who has posted an interview with me on her blog. I’ve forgotten about it as it was prepared some months back and it was a pleasant surprise to see how great she has put it together. I’m currently visiting my family in Berlin and have not much internet connection but I had to share it with you. Please visit Marie’s blog and don’t forget to check out her etsy shop, you can find there perfect Christmas gift ideas.

I’m off to city center now to enjoy some Christmas shopping at the markets. Catch up next week, I hope.

Have a lovely weekend all!

Colors and rain drops

If you don’t have time for blogging and keeping in touch with your friends it can only mean that there is lots happening in your life. I think it’s also a good sign 😉 cause it shows that you are enjoying and living every day to the full! Yes that’s exactly the situation in my case. Where have the weeks gone so fast? Summer is over, life is back to normal, daily activities, new ventures, ideas come to life, I embrace the changes and see the beauty coming from it. I have lots to share here but hoping for colder darker evenings where I’d be sitting with a cup of tea wrapped in a blanket and with my laptop, I’ll be able to work on all the photos and inspirations. The start of autumn was amazing – warm, colorful and sunny, we have had a short holiday in Germany, visited friends, made some trips to charming places, can’t wait to show you that as well. I still want to show you my new flat and the latest party designs that I’ve created. Please bare with me 😉 Big hug to all and wishing you a fantastic week!

rain rain go away

What’s up with the summer here this year? Not existent. It feels like autumn. The positive side of that is that we get to wear our rubber boots, which I’ve missed very much.  Luckily they have forecasted hot and sunny days in August – looking forward as well.

Wishing all a very relaxed and sunny summer time. Till next time!

What should I start with?

This has been without any doubts the most crazy/hectic/stressful/unexpected year so far for me. Not going into too many details my life has changed a lot, I have moved (again) this time away from Asia to Europe. As you can imagine the preparations and organizing everything related with the move has been time consuming and on top of that normal life must run simultaneously , its been challenging, overwhelming and really tiring. Till now my new place has not been completed, I’m waiting for my boxes to arrive next week – hooray, for my computer to be set up and to start a new life.

Just before the move from Singapore I had so much going on but one thing that kept my mind away from it all was the fun in creating party designs for some of my dear friends. I have shared the sets earlier with you and now I’d like to share the news that you have missed out on during the last long weeks.

My dear friend Marie of Etincelle Creative Studio has published photos from the successful birthday party she has prepared for Mateo, the little horse loving boy. You can view the post here and here. Honestly today is the first time I looked at her blog and the posts and was amazed and surprised by the wonderful outcome of the party. Not to mention my surprise to have seen the party being featured in the July issue of  tiny&little magazine. On that occasion I’ve offered a free printable download of the cupcake/food toppers of the country horse theme. You can find also find the party set offered in my newly opened etsy shop here

Once I have more time on my hands I’ll update and split the offers. In the meantime feel free to drop me a line with your suggestions/opinion.

Thank you Marie for all your effort and support!
