It’s the 4th one coming

Yes it’s already the 4th birthday of my son Pipo coming this weekend and I’m rushing with unpacking and sorting our stuff that finally arrived. Pipo is quite consistent with choosing his party theme. Last year before his 3rd birthday he knew that the following is going to be a race car theme and he has chosen a theme for the 5th already as well 🙂 So here is a quick inspiration that I’ve put together to this year’s theme. Hopefully I can share details of my designs soon but in the meantime I’m doing my best to catch up with all my favourite blogs and blogging friends out there. I’m always happy to hear from you.

The Sailorman

Finally I’m ready to show you some photos from the birthday party we had for Pipo the Sailorman. Choosing the theme this year was easy, Phillip is old enough to say what he wanted, so there it is. His wish was for a choco boat cake, and there you have it! A friend of mine Stephanie of INACAKES did a fantastic job with the ideal cake. It was chocolate, delicious and most important it was a sailboat!

Our Phillip aka Pipo turned 3 this weekend. As parents we can see the big changes that are related to this milestone. He is off to pre-school, going by bus alone, wearing a uniform, speaks like a little man, its not a baby anymore and we are so proud!

It’s my son’s 3rd birthday this coming weekend and I have been busy collecting inspirations and with all the preparations. I would also like to share a recap of his 2nd birthday and my ideas for the 3rd. He is a zodiak Leo so for the last year’s party we had a Wild Animals Party with Leo the Lion King. As this was just a month after our move to a new country I had not much resources to find what I needed but still managed to put together a small but wild party for Phillip.

This year our little sailor wished for a boat theme, to follow his nautical room. And as he is old enough to speak his mind I was happy to involve him in the preparations and making the choices. Here is what we have in mind.
